I lost 5 pounds within a few weeks using Proactol. I buy proactol on the net so it's pretty cheap I think. I read a review here and there before I used it, but I don't really care too much about the Proactol side effects others talk about, i just want to shed those extra pounds and get back to a nice size 10 ... does anyone know how to speed it up... I don't do gyms btw. peace
