Well it worked, and it's herbal so I feel pretty safe using this.

General Comments
Before I write my Proactol Reviews, I need to explain that I have used a lot of different stuff before using this slimming pill. Including other slimming pills, weighwatchers, the lot! I reckon the secret to any good diet is perhaps always exercise. I use Proactol combined with regular (3x a week) exercise and a healthy (I try!!) diet ... so far I have lost 8 pnds since the christmas saturated fat hell!
