Bad Points

Seats and glassware were dirty. They charged us for an extra hour that we didn't use.


General Comments

We got two limos for our wedding from them. The first was a 12 passenger "standard" limo and the other was a much larger hummer limo (hummerzine). The first, 12 passenger limo, showed up at the groom's house (mine) an hour early and the driver started cleaning it out at the curb. Not how I imagined the "red carpet service" promised on their website. The seats were torn and taped with duct tape, there was backwash in the alcohol flask, and all of the glassware was dirty looking. My bride got a call about 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time that the hummerzine was broke. They knew this all morning but waited right before pickup to notify us. And then we found out that the "upgrade" was a bus. Yep, on our wedding day the bride arrived at the church in a bus. It had the same problems as my limo - dirty seats and glassware.
