Bad Points
Some staff I found unprofessional, unorganized, even rude at times. I did not feel they were employee friendly or oriented.

General Comments
It took Kelly Services an entire month and a half to get me into the system to Substitute teach. First the staff did not give me the correct paperwork for the drug screen and background check, and let me take home the paperwork they needed to keep, then they made two appointments with me and did not stay at the location to meet me. This made me miss two days of work at my old job because they were unavailable after 2pm, plus I lost all of the extra $15 each day for the month that they did not put me to work. Unfortunately Kelly has a monopoly on the school district I live in, so I have to go through them to substitute teach! I am now writing formal complaints to the school board, as well as Kelly Services.
