poor service, no customer support, agents not present to help, paperwork incorrect, confirmed seats given away to standby passengers. rude and unhelpful agents
General Comments
I have travelled the world over the last 40 yrs and have never experienced such a poor display of rudeness and arrogance and indifference to our situation. Easily the worst flight experience of my life
