The shop has a good layout and a variety of different colours of some items. The majority of items are reasonably priced, making it a good shop for students! It is quite easy to return items. In the two branches I have visited, the staff often border on rude. They are sometimes too busy chatting to serve quick enough and hardly speak a word to the customers. On a few occasions, items have not been correctly priced. I also struggle to find shoes in the right size. As a size 7 there are often none of my size in stock. As a student, the fact that student discount is offered is a plus for me! Overall I can usually find something I like for a reasonable price in New Look.
