I liked mine at the start and still do because it s easy to use, but the jack plug went on mine so sound in one ear same thing with one of my sisters my other sisters one wiped all her music and wont turn on any more. I now have an iPod classic don't know if I like it or not yet.
ps theres a run down on the net on how to fix your zen jack plug if you want to give it a go.
