Good Points

This phone is small and fits nicely in your pocket. Like the flip phone and it has great reception.


Bad Points

Can't hear ringtones.
Alarm does not work.
Sim card falls out.
Won't stay in clip.
Doesn't always ring when call is coming in.


General Comments

At first I thought this was a neat phone, but once I started using it, it is the WORST phone I have ever had.

I am disappointed with the support from Motorola. I think this phone should be recalled and replaced with something that works.

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL PHONE -- YOU WILL BE SORRY!!
