Good Points

I called to question my Bill, the service agent was very caring and helpful. Whilst talking to him I lost connection, and he called me back.


Bad Points

When he passed me on to the billing section, the phone was not answered, I rang off after 14 minutes.


General Comments

My Family have 6 cell phones which I administer, using the On-line service is impossible. Too slow! unusable!

The quality of the phone service in the UK is very good, I have every confidence that as time goes by the website will improve.
