Bomb proof build quality Ultimate reliability and an engine that, providing it is looked after, will go on for ever.
The Sat Nav will not allow you to put post codes in. Parts are expensive, but if you look after her you will not need many.
I am on my 3rd Landcruiser. The last one was a 1990 model VX which I had from new. It was 17yrs and had done 180000 mls. My recent one is a 2003 Amazon with a manual box.
I do a lot of towing so I want a vehicle which is up to its job. I would not recomend this vehicle as a family car replacement but if your requirements are for a 4X4 then this is the car for you.
My Amazon has a common rail diesel engine fitted and does around 25mpg.
Would I buy another one? - yes providing I am still arouind in another 17yrs!
