Incredible value for money - far, far lower than any main dealer could get close to.
Once car imported and ready, staff worked to have it delivered quickly.
Good delivery - contacted me to confirm details, again on the day and made sure I was happy with the car etc.
Poor communication on delivery dates, status of the car (in the UK or not). Don't always return phone calls.
The score of 5 is such a shame for this company as the car represented such value and I'm already so happy with it, they should have got more. If only they gave clearer information it would make the whole experience far better. I personally prefer honest bad news rather than no info ..... it was just so frustrating. It took a number if calls to get things moving and at that point communications were more open and I felt that they were trying very hard to help. So DC Cook - just be consistent!
