Good Points
Excellent service from all staff on board, travel arrangements very good. Cabins immaculate.

Bad Points
Guests not adhering to ships rules despite complaining nothing was done about this. Hygiene standards by guests very poor.

General Comments
Children in adults Solarium, entertainment mostly directed at Latin guests. All new Years Eve entertainment in Centrum which could not accommodate all guest's. Nothing much going on elsewhere
