General Comments

I ordered a new Washing machine via Dixons online.
They were by far the cheapest anywhere for the model I wanted.
Saving me £56 and they were also offering free delivery.
They also offer a saturday delivery which I picked as I am at work throught the week.
I called the number given to me on Friday for my allocated 4 hr time slot.
Was given between 8.45am and 12.15 pm.
Saturday the driver called me at 9am on his mobile to let me know they would arrive between 10.00 and 10.30pm.
They did just that, at 10.15pm they were at my door, took my machine in and removed all the packaging for me to inspect it.
They also took the packaging away with them.
The delivery service used was actually from my local Currys shop they said they also deliver for PC world as they are all the same group
I cannot comment on the service they give when something goes wrong as it has only been a week and fingers crossed my new Zanussi will last as long as my old one did ....14 Years..
