Bad Points

You will see that they vary the statement date as they will hold off issuing a statement if they see a large transaction coming through. So be careful if you pay close to the due date.
Their payment over the internet used to be applied over night and now it takes a couple of days? Modern technology is moving forward.


General Comments

MBNA used to be an excellent credit card provider but sadly that is changing. I am in the process of closing all my accounts with them and moving to an ethical credit card company. Nobody in this world expects something for nothing but sadly it appears MBNA are no longer interested in customer service but squeezing customers for everything they can get. Good luck!
