I won a $225 brand new dollhouse kit for only $19.
Bad Points
I was informed that due to a glitch in their system that the item was no longer available for purchase.
General Comments
Every thing on their website related to the item I bid on reflects that I won the bid, except on one page where there might be some doubt. Their customer support emails were simply apologies for my confusion. The only thing I'm confused about is how they're actually still in business. A visit to their forums where buyers and sellers post discussions leads me to believe that this and other various incidents are commonplace. There is no accountability for their errors, no explanation as to what exactly happened and why I can't pay for the item I won!
