Prices !! Very poor quality food, unhelpful and unfriendly staff, the list really is to long for a cinema!

Time for the review, i commented before but after visiting a few Vue cinemas around the country it appears the same problems reside in most cinemas. Firstly, the quality of food is very poor, it seems that in the run up to bleeding customers dry of their money it appears that the food has taken a good few steps backward. Simple things like sauces for nachos now in pots and very bland, nacho chips awful texture, jalapenos flavourless, popcorn becoming more flavourless as time goes on, and then the prices!! Its easy to drop a 20 on the food counter, eat everything before the film starts then wonder... crikey that £20 didnt get me very far.

Combine that with the overpriced cinema tickets, and I'm sorry "Manager from Vue" but you need to unblinker yourself from the work of corporate BS and realise that the average punter wouldn't mind paying these prices if they got a great service, but Vue simply don't deliver... at all.

I don't mind you sticking up for your company, hey I do it... but you have to agree that cinema is now all about the money, with soulless buildings classed as cinemas with poor quality food.

At the same time, all other cinema brands are just the same.

  I agree, I tend to buy as little as possible when I go to the cinema but the tickets alone cost an arm and a leg. I find it really sad that all the old independent cinemas seem to be closing to make way for these awful places!!!
