Having read of the couple who could only obtain the two middle seats of four on a long haul flight, I was totally dismayed to have it confirmed by BA that we cannot reserve seats in World Traveller Plus however early we might book. I find this totally unacceptable and would not book on these terms.
Most economy airlines offer a better booking service. This appears to be purely for the convenience of BA with no consideration for the customer.
