Mmm! They got nice tele adverts, oh and they have very nice January sale leaflets.
No one knows what the other is doing, no one can make a decision, no one gets back to you, you struggle speak to your manager or branch with out first goig through the call cantre who will make a decision if you are important enough.
Lending is based on if you have got loads of cash then we will lend you loads if you need some help on expanding your business then they will review a loan after you have expanded!
I have banked with Natwest for over 15 years personal and Business , putting millions through my accounts year on year.
I now will be changing, In the last 12 months Nat West have failed to support business needs, failed to carry out sameday transfers from branch even thought instructions are made in branch before midday.Which when you are paying Customs & excise for import shipments delays deliverys and incures you charges.Your business manager is never available on the direct number given as this always goes to a call centre.
Shame as NAT West were a good Bank but have lost the plot in the last 2 years.
