General Comments

I've been a faithful customer of Argos for years. I know a lot of people complain about this shop, but my experience has always been good. I have actually noticed an improvement in the service over the years. It started of good enough and now is excellent. I went to Argos last week and bought a heater for our hall. I viewed the product online, where I could have reserved, but forgot. Nevertheless, I went to the shop and used the self service check out, 2 minutes in shop by now. Estimated pick up in 5 minutes, it is actually fairly busy. I sat down and within a minute was on my feet collecting the heater. The unit works fine, came at an unbeatable price and just proves to me once again that Argos is an excellent value for money shop.
