Difficulty with log-in.
As I work away I thought it would be ideal to have internet banking. I re-registered about 1 month ago and it worked. I have spent all today trying to access my account without success. It keeps telling me wrong password/customer reference. I use the same password for everything, so cannot understand it. Telephone calls to help line have not proved to be very helpful, just try again in 15 minutes, or engineers are in. It is so frustrating, I give up.
