Everything about this phone is a good point:
*Screen (at the time)
*Size
*Quality feel
*Design
*Menus
*Thumbwheel
*Paint finish (that has still not chipped once after 2 years of use)!
*Orange backlight
*Keypad feel
*Everything!
Bad Points
In menus where you need to scroll up and down you can not scroll off the top to the bottom.
Accesories limited and expensive
General Comments
I can't believe what others have said about this phone. I have had my phone for over two years now, the thumb wheel still works perfectly and is one of the best menu navigation tools in my opinion. The software has never crashed and has a great menu navigation. Although after two and a bit years the battery life has now been reduced to about 2-4 days with my normal use compared to about 4-7 when I first got it, but that can only be expected. I text quite a lot with this phone and the keypad is still responsive and has not become worn.
Overall this is a fantastic phone and if given average use and treated reasonably well (like I have with mine) it will stay in new working order even after 2 years of use.
