I feel I have experienced poor service.
I have had this service for several months now, I have the unlimited package. But I have been capped. According to BT there is no way how to tell what you have downloaded, nor do they tell you have been capped. You just loose your speed. I am getting 0.2mb at present. Talking to BT help, I can not always understand the person I am talking to. As far as I am aware they do not know that I am capped, they have so far sent 2 engineers round who immediately say I am. I am on my second router.
Taking all in to consideration BT are totally poor in my opinion, I do not recommend BT Connect Broadband to anyone.
