Reliable connection most of the time atleast 95% of the time in a week. Speed is also good. Considering. Never has it dropped the connection midway in the 18 months experience.
Price, it is quite steep. They should charge according the the speed the customer can get from their local network area point.
I moved to Talk Talk, very very very bad mistake. 3 days I changed back to BT Broadband.
