Like everybody, they offer good packages and hosting deals.
Bad Points
Technical support outsourcing.
Very complicate control panel system.
General Comments
I will recommend A Plus hosting only if you have enough patience to fight everyday for something. Not very good hosting. The customer support can't seem to answer my questions because they are outsourcing and they don't know the details of the hostign CP.
