Not a lot I can say about Eclipse.
For me its been terrible download speeds, forget about downloading at peak times!
No ISP will ever give you max 8MG!
Eclipse Broadband download speeds for me have been terrible! As for Pipex, best dial up ISP in my opinion, I used them for years without any problems what so ever, never had to contact them at all!
If I hadn't switched to Cable, I'd be with them today!
