Good Points

Easy to set up and works well


Bad Points

Intitally good responses from SUPPORT
but mid 2007 NO responses to questions or problems
In 2008, they informed me I exceeded their limit and would have to buy the professional version "e-mail for information"
Nowhere can I find any reference to this limitation on their site
No information came through and upgrading via their web site can not be found.

Some thing has.


General Comments

Spam Jab works well if if you only have a small problem but, of late do not expect any support or replies to e-mail
It WAS good but something has deteriorated since about mid 2007 in my opinion.
