First Direct is a fantastic bank. It doesn't make me feel like a number but an individual. I have never had any problems with FD. I am always treated with respect and courtesy. I recently had one of their representatives ring me to review my accounts where they suggest things that could save you money. In my case I had a large balance on a credit card with them and swapped this for a loan. It has saved me over '£100 per month. No other bank has done that before. They would be getting more money out of me by leaving the credit card alone and just charging me the interest on that. Their service is absolutely amazing!!!! Keep up the good work FD!
