Good Points

Bad Points

Expensive (I subsequently found that I could have made afew phone calls and got the entire experinece for 30% less).

Communication via email was poor. Staff had a poor grasp of redimentary English.

General Comments

I found the service to be overpriced for what it is. All the events that they have access to are directly accessible to the public and at lower price. So why pay the premium? There were certainly no added benefits in using them.

I would NOT use them again.
