Customer service none existent. Phone them up and they promise to get back and don't. No responses to email.
Was trying to get a refund on a purchase in line with their terms and conditions. Seems like a total waste of time they don't reply to our mails. They have not acknowledged receipt of the return. Good job it was sent recorded so we have a signature and date signed for. Have given up with these people and will get onto the credit card company and claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act
