General inernet browsing is excellent, slightly faster than my previous ISP, Bulldog.
Although they deny it, the ISP is throttling the download speed during the daytime. A 400mb download which would normally take 30 minutes is now taking 4 hours. I signed up for unlimited downloads and that is totally the opposite to what I'm actually receiving. Fast download speeds return at midnight.
Because of the throttling of the download speed, I may as well have stayed with my previous ISP, but as we have all other utilities from Utility warehouse we thought it made sense to move to them. They are, of course, not even the real ISP, that is a company called Mistral Internet. So if like me you download a lot of off air programs, it's a complete waste of money unless you use it after midnight.
