Good Points

There are none they are very cheap but there is a good reason for that!


Bad Points

They will find any means possible to get out of paying up, they are rude the don't ever know what is happening with your claim when I call.


General Comments

My car was stolen and recovered, it was held by the police for a week then taken to a garage for repair where it is still sitting 3 months down the line, i have had to pay for rental cars as they still have not agreed the claim meaning i couldn't have the courtesy car i paid for on my policy and still now they have not agreed it!
I could have paid for the car just in the cost of my phone bill for the amount of calls i have made to them and the garage, i have now cancelled the claim as i am sick of waiting and need my vehicle back on the road as i could have paid for the car in the amount of time and rentals etc that i have paid out for !
