This phone has good points to it like the internet access and the interent games you can play on here and also the different types of ringtones that you can download at a resonable price.
Bad Points
The battery on this phone is good for the first few months but i have had this phone since July of 2003 and i am already have to have it replaced because there is a problem with the battery, some of the wires inside are lose, and its not like you can just buy another battery for it you have have to buy/get a whole new phone because the battery is internal so if your battery messes up then your whole phone does.
General Comments
Before i got the Motorola C332 i would have liked to known that the battery life on these phone suck big time.
