Good Points

I have had my pet pro vacuum for three or four years and love it, it picks up all the dog hairs and cleans better and quicker than my old machine.


Bad Points

The only problem is the motorised head has now broken (which is why I googled this site - looking for a replacement) but the other one seems to work just a well.


General Comments

I'd recommend it to anyone - and have done so, I'm sorry the other person commenting had such a bad experience but I have had none of his/her problems.
