Download speeds in the evening.
Customer support who appear to know nothing about broadband.
Just in case you did'nt get the message from the other reviews, don't go for supanet. I get 130 kbit/s in the evening with a supanet 8Mbit connection, which is not even fast enough for youtube. My neighbour with a 2Mbit connection TalkTalk connection gets 900 kbit/s in the evening.
