Good Points

Nice modern design and incorporates both filter coffee, milk frothing and espresso functions


Bad Points

Reliability and robustness. In total I was sent 4 diferent units and each one displayed similar problems, ie. water would not get through filter, milk frother just boiled the milk creating virtually no froth and each unit began to leak water over the kitchen surface after approx 2 weeks of usage. Customer services tried their best to help but eventually had to refund my money. I was even upgraded to the XP2070 with the blue screen and extra functions, but the same problems emerged.


General Comments

This was a real disappointment, on paper this machine would have fulfilled my needs but it's poor performance and poor robustness make it unusable. I will be looking for other manufacturer models in future as I think this unit has many fundamental design flaws.
