Nice Camera... full featured for the average person to take above average pictures...
Bad Points
EXTREMELY DELICATE LENS GEARS AND POOR POWER SWITCH PLACEMENT. Accidental deployment of the lens has destroyed the 300+ dollar camera because some fool decided to use plastic gears without an adequate sensor to STOP DEPLOYMENT OF THE ZOOM LENS IF ANY RESISTANCE IS MET !!!.. Ruined... kodak will not repair and the cost of anyone else even if they will try to repair it.. is almost half what a new 8.0 mp camera will cost.
General Comments
Although I had high hopes for the ease of use, and that was there, the poor durability of the lens mechanism, and the POOR KODAK SUPPORT FOR THEIR EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS... has led me off to the world of even more expensive cameras... that will actually support their products.
my 110 still works, and it cost less than 15 bucks. Why shouldn't my 300+ dollar digital camera still be working ?
Because, quality has gone down hill, and, their support is completely inadequate.
