Good Points

The product is intact, thank God.


Bad Points

Overcharge for shipping, poor customer service.


General Comments

I asked for a refund because the product wasn't shipped (I verified it with the post office) at 2:30 in the afternoon. They took it to the post office 10:37 that night and shipped it, charged the card and will not answer us or the credit card company back.
