Since there isn't much review on this scooter yet, i want to add mine. The EVT168 rides smooth, silent and vivid. I ride 41km daily to work, summer and winter, wind and rain. This goes pretty good (see also bad points). Compared to my car, which consumed a lot of gas, this scooter is very cost effective. I ride 100km for approx. 0.5 of electricity. Thus i have already saved nearly 1000 € on gas. After 9 months i have already travelled nearly 6000km, and should still ride 1 year without much trouble. Motor, wheels and suspension seem very solid. Polyester body, so repairable. Outside is easy to clean.
Bad Points
Not so stable due to small wheels. A tire that's not so well inflated is directly noticed in actionradius. Spareparts are a bit difficult as there not many distributors. My speedmeter has already been broken, luckily it was still under guarantee. Same for the suspension of the topbox.
Reparing a flat tire caused the noise to increase somewhat, particularly at 25-30km/h speed. It's a pity that a lot of distributors tell the scooter can get up to 65km range while the manufacturer only handles 45-55km maximum range. Inox-steering wheel and shockabsorders tend to rust. Polyester body, so easily broken or damagedBottom is not so easy to clean and a lot of dirt clings on to the framework. Difficult to wash out as electric parts are concerned
General Comments
In general the EVT 168 electric scooter lives up to it's promises. I had a few troubles but I believe this is due to the intensive use at the limit and some coincidence. I like to ride it and intend too until it falls apart. I really think people should consider if this is not a solution for their transportation, especially for small distances.
This does mean bying some extra equipment to withstand wind and rain, but if you want a clean environment/nature you need to accept the environment as it is.
