Good Points

The have a very professional looking web site .. that's where it ends.


Bad Points

Very unprofessional staff who are polite when you call them. The will never return any calls or be of any help whatsoever.


General Comments

I submitted my mortgage application with the credit card that they ask for in the end. They sent me a confirmation that the loan was approved and a loan officer will call. No calls for 3 days. I call them to ask what was happening... they say the can't find my information.. After 3 days of calling they finally find my information. They never called me back even though they said they will call me in 15 min.

After they found my information ... they said they cannot offer me the rate I locked on. I told them to trash my application because I did not want to deal with such people.
