The car looks good thats all. I give it a 2 for this alone.
My 53 plate Astra 1.6 SXi Twinsport has a warning light on the dash that Vauxhall can't fix. I have been back and forth to my dealer and have had 4 main parts replaced re the twinport but this has not resolved the problem. After a year Vauxhall have washed their hands if my woe claming as they can't find a fault there can't be one... and want to charge me if they work on it any more. My Astra SXi twinport is the bain of my life as I can't be sure if the car is going to break down as the warning light is on all the time. I bought this car for all the reasons good price good insurance and it looks the part. I found out that the Astra SXi twinport has a problem with this fault throughout the range and I have spoken with other owners who have the same fault none have been given the support or the FIX req. A result a have a car I can't sell on. I am stuck with a car Vauxhall can't fix it and I am uneasy driving it as it could breakdown at any moment.
If you want a car that will fault on you after about 25000m buy the Astra SXi twinport. This fault is not just with my car. Do your homework and research what I have advised and you will see there is a lot of people in the same boat stuck with a car they cant trust and cant re-sell.
