It does provide tracking information as advertised.
Many times, I CANNOT seem to access that data. In fact, as I'm writing this, I am unable to access the monitoring data provided by WebWatcher. My request times out and displays a SqlException!
Other times my computer just freezes. It's annoying!
Once Awareness Technologies, the maker of WebWatcher, gets their information technology / product development act together, it will be a super product. However, what good is the monitoring if you cannot access the data?
