General Comments
I have used many phone cards and online long distance phone services, but nothing compares to my satisfaction with Tel3Advantage. I live in Canada and for a while I could only use their 800 number because they had cancelled their Canadian service, but customer service did get back to me in a reasonable time frame to re-connect me (albeit with the 800 number, calls cost 1 cent per minute more). But local access to Canadian cities is back, and I couldn't be happier. All my calls have gone through just fine, even though they have provisions to use another carrier if lines are full (you do ##*#). But I have never had this problem. So all in all, my favourite online LD service.
