General Comments

Today I received somebody else's photos!! Also I have been waiting since Christmas for mine even though I paid for express service!!! Like most other customers, I cannot find a telephone number which would be preferable to writing to explain the problem! I am now wondering how on earth Bonus print are going to trace my correct photos. The number on my little stickers is 300175xxxx - but it is just as important for the as yet, unknown person whose photos I have got by mistake!
