Good Value insurance - no paperwork to fill out when claiming on insurance - very helpful staff

General Comments

I have just had my first accident claim in 37 years of driving - I found the clams staff very helpful and everything went really smoothly in respect of getting the car sorted out - I live in the Chester area and opted to use their recommended repairer - Lookers on the Deeside Industrial Park.

I have just got my car back after 2 weeks and am extremely impressed with Lookers, with their level of service and the standard of work - I would recommend both LV and Lookers if you are going to have an accident!!!!

In conclusion I couldn't have wished for anything to go more smoothly, especially after you read all the horror stories other people go through with their insurers and repairer.
