Good Points
It's just so easy to use, it even has a help section everywhere you go. It's robust, you can drop as many times as you like because it will just come back for more.

Bad Points
The phone is locked to Orange. they're quite expensive so i wanted to change but because the phone is so old i can't seem to find anything/anyone to unlock it which is quite annoying

General Comments
Overall a very good phone, the battery lasts up to 4 days, if you switch it off now and again! Batteries are cheap to buy but i think the chargers are getting rare....very retro...get one
