Good Points

If you want pay as you go customers can set up an automatic top up from a credit/debit card. This is triggered when the remaining credit drops below a value which you chose from a list.


Bad Points

Call forwarding for when you are not online does not work. Tescos are trying to fix the problem but are talking in terms of months not hours or days to get it resolved.


General Comments

I subscribed to Tesco Voip as part setting up a virtual office for my own small business. The automatic top up feature is great for this kind of operation but call forwarding has to work or you miss calls when you are out visiting clients.
Great if you just want cheap call from home but for business use forget it.
