A company that I trust that gives a good service at a price but possibly rather self-satisfied. Easy phone contact with helpful people, payment fairly prompt and no quibbles though all my claims have been straightforward injuries for vet costs. Annual premium (top category) has virtually doubled in 3 years. Explanation being that more claims and increase in vets fees. No opportunity to drop those aspects of insurance that are unimportant to me eg holiday cancellation. Mean rate for boarding with private individual if I am in hospital - £4 a day.
