I eventually received the goods
Goods were not delivered for Christmas as advertised. Appalling after sales customer care refusing to deal with a genuine complaint.
Dabs advertised that if you ordered by a certain date they would guarantee delivery by Christmas. The courier was Amtrak who did receive the goods from dabs on time but who failed to deliver within three days before Christmas. My kids didn't get their present until 27th December. Amtrak would not say which day they would deliver but that it would reach us by Christmas and would not give me the drivers mobile number so that I could arrange to meet him somewhere. No reply from dabs re my complaint. I am appalled at the poor service and resultant denial.
