Great TV if it works

The Philips 50PFP5532 is a great Tv when it works.. Goodness help you if it goes wrong.
Philips after sales has got to be the worst I've come across
A small part was inspected by 2 men who then went away. 4 days later they came back to remove the said part, and they anticipated it's return approx 28 days later
The tv is less than 2months old but outside the 28days for returning it.
Philips tech dept mislead me right from the beginning.
