Features are good, Fast installation, does all that was promised.
Bad Points
Big Box, and told that I can't put my DVD player on top because it gets hot.
General Comments
I was concerned about having V+ installed after reading other negative comments. After having it for a few hours I can report that it is great!
No Installation problems, in and out in 20 minutes. They even called to ask if they could come two hours early to do it! Functionality is very good and easy to use. Virgin also supplied all of the extra cables I will need for when my new Tv arrives.
I was also concerned about my broadband as I have read that a new modem would have to be installed. In fact this only has to be changed if you have ancient kit. Mine modem is an old Telewest one and it is fine they did not touch it.
